Attorney with extensive experience in data privacy, cybersecurity, cybercrime and data governance. She is currently an Associate at the global boutique law firm Macmillan Keck, where she advises governments, private organizations, and institutions on developing legal frameworks, implementing digital solutions, and building compliance frameworks across diverse sectors of the digital economy.
Her previous roles include advising on data privacy, data stewardship, and global digital transformation at the International Finance Corporation’s Data Privacy Office and the World Bank. She also collaborated with the United Nations to develop the methodology and data framework for Sustainable Development Goal indicator 5.1.1. She holds an LL.M. from Georgetown University, and has served as a Senior Fellow at the Internet Law and Policy Foundry and the Graduate Institute of Geneva.
Coming from a family with a rich artistic heritage, Christina is actively engaged in Washington, D.C.’s vibrant arts community. She is a part-time abstract painter, a member of the DC Arts Center, and a frequent student at the Washington Studio School. Her work has been exhibited on group shows, including at the Van Der Plas Gallery in New York. For Christina, the emotive power of art can spark reflection and inspire action on the issues that shape our world.
